We train on a machine that was once based on the reformer. But what i can already tell you: it is nothing like Pilates, but we stay with our eyes on form and alignment. A strenghtendurance-training that will test your limits. The best training i have ever done. Every single exercise can be adapted to every level. Everybode is welcome.
