Classes explained

  • Slow, controlled tension for deep strength, stability, and muscle endurance — without impact. Sweat, Shakes and Soreness are the things that will happen for sure. We train on a machine that was once based on the reformer. But what i can already tell you: it is nothing like Pilates, but we stay with our eyes on form and alignment. A strenghtendurance-training that will test your limits. The best training i have ever done. Every single exercise can be adapted to every level. Everybode is welcome.

  • A blend of grounding vinyasa, breathwork, and mindful mobility to regulate the nervous system and restore balance. It is flowy, sweaty, and it will regulate your autonomic nervoussystem from scratch. No matter how old or athletic you are, this class is for everybody.

  • Functional conditioning with pacing, technique, and efficiency — without overstimulation or burnout.

    The new sport that wants to get olympic. Super effetiv, super adaptable to every level. We work on different machines and movement through the session and every level is welcome.

  • Intentional strength cycles that build a stable, resilient body while protecting joints and energy. We use the knowhow and latest studies to generate the best outcome and build deep strenght and power. A short conditioning session at the end will help build your stamina and brings your energy to a new level.
